The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

 

  1. 4. For applications and in the application process

We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. The processing can also be done electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to us electronically, for example by e-mail or via a web form located on the website. If we conclude a contract of employment with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of the work relationship in compliance with the legal requirements. If we do not conclude a contract of employment with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted no later than six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that the deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests.   • in case there is a legal obligation for the discloser according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as it being legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO is required for settling business relationships with you.

 

  1. IV. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software.

Responsibility for the operation compliant with data protection is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by means of the so-called two-click method to protect visitors of our website in the best possible way.
